Neprad for Oud guarantees that the oud wood displayed in the store is 100% natural, and if proven otherwise, the customer has the right to receive compensation equal to twice the paid amount, while keeping the product. While the customer bears the initial shipping costs at purchase. If the order contains several boxes of the same item, the trial is limited to one box only. If free gifts are included with the order, the gift must be returned with the original product together. The product must be returned in its original condition as received, including the original box and all labels or identification cards without any damage or removal. The entire purchased quantity must be returned. If the product is divisible and only part of it is returned, the value of the remaining part for the customer will be calculated at the standard selling price of the product. Products sold as part of sets (packages) must be returned in full without splitting. Refunds are processed using the same original payment method: for card payments, the amount is refunded to the same card; for bank transfers, the amount is transferred to the same customer account.
